They Don't Make Them Like This Anymore!

21 KENILWORTH TERRACE Built in 1893, a home from the Gilded Age was built! This timber and stone home, has lived beautifully through the years, and presents an opportunity for new owners to enjoy many more. Close to town, but with a private setting, which includes an in-ground pool, this property pulls together a mixture of styles and materials that somehow works... 7 BEDROOMS - 5/2 BATHS - 1+ ACRE - 8600SF+ - 2,950,000

Remember When These Sat On The Market For Days?

7 HEATHER LANE Just after 21 days, this west side home located in a little cul-de-sac in King Merritt Acres has a deal on a list price of 1,350,000. It sat on the market in 2007/08 for 182 days with a price of 1,495,000. Price or style? My guess is that it's a little bit of both. There are more takers for this style than back in 2008. It's likely interpreted as a 50's modern, but actually built in 1969.

You're Kidding Right?

212 Bible Street - Cos Cob is back on the market today, 2,195,000 - with dismal photos...yikes. With a super long history of being on and off the market, and rented like a mule since 2007, it finally got a facelift, or an inside lift, since the exterior seems to be the same. As if there are not enough articles that speak to having great photography and staging, there's no excuse for this poor thing. It looks as though the person who bought it and renovated may also be the listing agent, so if I'm right, he only has himself to blame. This is the best one: 212 Bible Street - New To Market - $2,195,000 Bleak - Dreary They could have at least eliminated the boxes!
