It appears that this contract happened quickly, however, this property was first listed in 2015 for 8,995,000. Time has a way of diminishing resistance to find reality. Since markets are fluid, one either moves with the flow, or they can choose to swim upstream. Monday Snap Shot for New Inventory

Of the 15 new listings yesterday, I was excited at first - oh boy new inventory - but then... 5 were rentals, 2 were out of town, and 3 were as a result of an agent changing firms. So really, there were 4 single family homes but not really, since we've seen a couple of these not so long ago: 390 ROUND HILL ROAD - 5,800,000 390 Round Hill listed for 5.8M. It was built in 2003, and last sold for $5M in 2011. It's stylishly presented now, with what buyers are looking for. 6 en suite bedrooms (the master has 2 baths - love that). 2 laundry rooms - love that too.
