The May Market Over $5M

6 Meadowcroft Lane - $16,500,000 - Pending  Sellers bought this in 2014 for $12,875,000 in 2014 - renovated fully 50 Byram Drive - Belle Haven - $12,995,000 Pending after only 22 days on market. The photos do not do this property justice - so we will focus on the property - with it's own beach and special oasis. 21 Grove Lane - Closed $9,800,000 Sellers bought this in 2007 for $7,050,000 and restored it.
