Today's Possible Buyer Profile for an 80's House

The big question that sellers need to ask themselves, is who is buying my house? What is the market asking for? How do I spin my property to have the broadest appeal...or do I just drive the price down, re-list for years, with no change, at prices that are not competitive with market demand. 

The sellers bought this 1987 home for $2,750,000 in 2003. 4 Bedrooms, 4 baths, 6000SF, 2 acres. They are asking $2,999,000. Could they spin it to have a mid century modern appeal - ABSOLUTELY. And I say for incremental amount of money and effort, it's worth a try.
