I showed this property this weekend, and I must say that it is an awesome house for many reasons....

First, when we search the Greenwich MLS, for a single family home, 4 bedroom, 4+ bath, 3 car garage, 1-2 acres 5500 - 6000 SF, 30 Burning Tree is the best value. Hellloooo!
