2 Boxwood Lane is Back - You had me at .83 acres in town - why talk about a "new" kitchen?
Sometimes a seller will exaggerate about their property, but it is our job to stick to the facts and do some digging. Everyone makes a mistakes, but if you can't tell the difference between a new kitchen and one that was perhaps remodeled in the 80's - I don't know
"Remarks: A private oasis only a block from town on an over-sized 0.83 acre lot awaits just off Maple Avenue. Very few houses in Greenwich give you this much land, a new kitchen, walking distance to town and privacy."
Back on market with new representation, at $100K less than the last list price - boasting a new kitchen...It is currently listed for $1,695,000. It's on .83 acres in town.
Judge for yourself:
- Corian Countertops
- Off White and Blue Tile Floors
- Fluorescent Ceiling Fixtures
- White appliances may be newish (I'm sure replaced), but certainly not on the must have lists of the buyers that I am working with
The current owners bought the property in 1987 - so maybe the kitchen was new - in 1987.
