A deal is never done until the checks cross the closing table...

Such is the case with 75 Dearfield Drive.  It had a deal, from what I can see, contracts signed on both sides, when it was last listed for $3M in March. Now it's back on the market for $100K more.

The about face could be for many reasons, and it's unfortunate that it happened. I am sure that the curve ball that was thrown was not fun for anyone.

It's a great house from what I saw. Being unoccupied is never a good thing for a property, because if there is a malfunction, and nobody is there to intercept, the issue intensifies.

The price increase could be because of a change in the marketplace for similar properties or an expense incurred in the interim - who knows?
