#1 18 Tower Road - RIverside - $3,295,000 This was touted as first time on market in 20 years - which in my opinion, always sounds a bit scary - but it is beautiful. I would say that the only negative, is that it's on a corner - as you bend around to enter Willowmere Association - but at least it's dry. Everything about this home is thoughtful....Built in 1931, the maintained lots of charm and infused it with relevant, clean, modern touches...4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, just shy of 4000SF, and lots of extras...To see the full listing: http://www.debhalsey.com/Web/AR480203/ListingSearch/details/?mls_id=CT-GWMLS&mls_no=92203&display_page=1&lpp=20&index=1&total_listings=1&from=results 18 Tower Living Room Fabulous Hangout Fresh Kitchen #2 38 Byfield Lane - $2,395,000 Sellers bought this in 2012 for $1,800,000 and renovated - new gourmet kitchen and lots of other features...beautiful outdoor area with pool - ni

I saw this one this week during broker open house - they had just taken the price reduction, which the lovely realtor told us about. But as we pulled up, looking at the price versus the house - I thought, only in Riverside. I don't get it, but that's what many buyers want...at the end of a roundabout, or cul de sac. In need of renovation, every room is ho hum. Built in 1968, it's 3700+SF - sellers bought it in 1994 for $1,250,000. 3 Reported Contracts Today So Far

The market definitely seems to be awakening in the post holiday New Year. It was a busy weekend for buyers, and there's lots of interest. 105 DINGELTOWN RD - GREENWICH - LIST $2,995,000 When I first saw 105 Dingletown Rd, towards the beginning of it's long listing journey,  I loved the house and property but not for the money. Bouncing from one realtor to the next, it started at $7,750,000. When I saw it, the listing price was $5,500,000 - and as mentioned, I thought that it was still too high...Shame that is was on so long - my guess is that it would have had a better result with a lower initial asking price. It is a solid, well built home on a beautiful piece of property, but needs to be updated throughout... 6 GASTON FARM ROAD - LIST $2,200,000 A bit out of the way which is just fine for many... 20 DIVISION STREET - LIST $1, 275,000 And then 20 Division Street, a 2 family in town,  has an offer. It was first listed for
