The research goes on to say that having a male agent does not produce the best results for attaining a better price - whether as a listing agent or a buyers' agent...

According to the study - being attractive, is related to a higher sale price of a house - especially as a listing agent! But the study also indicates that there are longer days on market  - which seems to be counter-intuitive to what we have seen in the past.

The article also indicates, that attractive agents don't earn more money on average than their less attractive counterparts, rather they sell fewer properties at higher prices...
