So their alternative will be dealing with owners such as this - the last time that I checked, the closest shoreline is along Byram - nowhere near Glenville St. (owners may not be aware of "puffing" - but this is puffery at its best) and there is no broker fee for the renter/buyer if they were to be represented by a real estate professional - same price as it is on the mls - fyi
