With only 7 days on market - 90 Taconic ($1.7 List)  has an accepted offer, and only 18 days on market so does 71 Indian Harbor Drive ($1,275,000 List)... There are 10 properties that sold today - 7 are under $1M - however 16 Mortimer in Old Greenwich got a bit more than asking $25K over List of $1M. There are 10 in executed contract including 98 Glenwood - that has been on forever...last list $8,995. 3 condos are among the E contracts, other notables are 422 N Maple $4,995, 27 Oakley $6.9M and 19 Weston Hill Rd $3,995. 8 Other properties are in a contract stage And there are 34 new SF homes listings today - 14 rentals and one parcel of land - 3.73 acres listed for $17M - not a typo, on my part anyway....
